Are your Past Lives Really In The Past?
It's important to understand that during
the hypnotic process, the individual is not in an unconscious state.
During the process, individuals have their thought processes channelled in
order to help them focus on specific aspects.
The hypnotist may ask particular questions pertaining to a past life,
during the process of a trance like state. The person in the trance is
better able to focus on the various rebirths of his or her soul. However,
some unanticipated information can come to the surface, since his or her
feelings and thoughts trigger the information of a past life.
It should also be noted that there are sceptics that believe information
is forced from the individuals and created through a complex series of
implanted ideas. People that have witnessed this process report that
anything but this is happening.
Most individuals are taken into the trance of their first session, and
asked basic questions to understand the life they are experiencing. In
recorded studies, the individual is able to accurately an account of the
past life and give in great detail certain events that have happened. In
future sessions, that same information is provided again, even when it is
asked for in a different series of questions.
Using another method, that of hypo-kinesiology can also trigger Journey Of
Souls Reincarnation regression. During this process testing muscles is
incorporated into the process of general hypnosis. During this process,
the reflexes of muscles are check to determine whether there are any past
life secrets.
The theory of past lives Journey Of Souls Reincarnation and other births
that the soul goes through is dictated by the Hindu philosophy of karma
(deeds) and athma (soul). According to the Hindu religious scriptures, the
soul is indestructible and it merely changes its form or body the way a
human being changes his clothes after they have outlived their useful
years.
This is a very different philosophy than that of Christianity, which
centres around Christ's resurrection. The Hindus state that the soul can
take any form, man, woman or animal. The deeds or karma of a human being
in the present, say the Hindus, will determine the life he or she will
lead in the next life.
There are several scriptures in the Hindu religion that talk extensively
about past lives Journey Of Souls Reincarnation; most notably among them
is the Bhrigu Sanhita which apparently had an account of the past and
future births of all living souls; however, the scripture was lost over
the centuries.
Dr. Ian Stevenson has the most compelling modern day account of rebirth,
as represented in the data he collected. Modern science still pooh-poohs
rebirth as a legitimate claim, so it can't be stated that this is the most
noted source of scientific information on past lives Journey Of Souls
Reincarnation as a theory. However, it's the most famous and is extremely
well documented because Dr. Stevenson was a psychiatrist and had a degree
in medicine.
Today, most past life regression therapists use hypnosis or induce trance
in subjects to get them to recall past lives. However, Dr. Stevenson
didn't do any of these things. Instead, he simply talked to children who
spontaneously recalled things that happened to them in their past lives.
One of the most well-known and curious cases concerns a young boy who was
six years old at the time. From a small village in Punjab, this little boy
said that he had been a man named Satnam Singh in a past life. He said
that he had lived in Chakkchela, this man's village, even though he
himself had never lived there. And again, curiously, he could describe it
very clearly.
The family was nonplussed by this, and tried to dissuade the boy from
saying such things, but the boy continued to insist that he was Satnam and
even told people what the man's father's name had been. The boy described
his death by saying that he had been killed in a motorcycle accident as he
was coming home from school. The boy's story was investigated, and was
found to be absolutely true; indeed, a man named Satnam Singh had been
killed in a motorcycle accident on the way home from school. This little
boy also revealed very personal details about the family, which also
turned out to be true. Most amazingly, though, the handwriting of the
young boy and Satnam Singh were compared, and found to be identical.
Another case from Stevenson's files was very astonishing as well; with
that, a little boy claimed that he was a man named MahaRam; MahaRam had
been shot and killed at very close range, in the chest. What was amazing
was that this young boy displayed birthmarks on his chest that looked like
gunshot wound scars.
Many psychiatrists are in agreement that past life regression or the
concept of rebirth may exist, most notably Dr. Brian Weiss, who is
considered the modern father of past life regression. Nonetheless, science
remains very sceptical about this concept. Even so, it should be noted
that many people have experienced relief from lifelong phobias or fears
after they've undergone past life regression therapy.
There is some speculation about Journey Of Souls Reincarnation regression
and if there is any significance behind it. In history there have been
documented cases of various cultures and religions that have placed a
focus on this concept because the soul is considered to be immortal.
Because of this, the belief is that an individual is reborn in a new body,
and while in the present body they begin to recall the memories and the
lifetime that they once had.
There are a number of ways to jump start this process, with the most
common being hypnotism. When an individuals is put into a trance, it is
believed they evolve to a higher plane which allows them have a spiritual
awakening. It is these spiritual awakening that allows the soul's past
experiences to return.
In some cases, individuals are able to explore numerous lifetimes within
their memory. They are able to recall pivotal moments as well as the
deaths of the bodies that were associated with each of their past lives.
This helps some people understand fears that they are currently dealing
with.
For some individuals, this proves to be a better method of obtaining
results. Although some have claimed this method is used to further
persuade an individual in believing their results are anything more than
provoked responses that our bodies would naturally have in reaction to as
well.
For some people, the answer to Journey Of Souls Reincarnation regression
comes from trigger smells, sounds, or words. During the course of a normal
routine, we might be smell a home cooked meal or be watching television
and recall something that never happened during this lifetime. At times,
this can cause fear, but if we explore the experience further, we will
discover the truth about our Journey Of Souls Reincarnation regression.
This is what often leads us to people that have a great deal of knowledge
in this field.
The possibilities of our Journey Of Souls Reincarnation regression process
can however, be blocked by our belief system. These blockages can build
walls to keep us from learning more and getting the results we need to
continue. Some spiritual belief systems can cause resistance for many
since there is then a fear of having unanswered questions concerning that
particular belief.
Rather than questioning current levels of faith, it is vital to embrace
the possibilities that are open for understanding such a state of
regression. The process has nothing to do with evil or the use of black
magic. It is an inner journey to enlightenment. Using the process can help
to eliminate concerns or fears that someone is experiencing in this
lifetime. It is a helpful method that can help people come to terms with
their existence, while giving the inner soul the peace and understanding
that it requires for healthy living.
Another startling case from Stevenson's
files involved that of a young girl, three years old, named Swarnalata.
This child remembered that she had been a young woman named Biya Pathak,
and could vividly described the house that she lived in. In fact, when she
and her father were traveling one day, she led her father directly to the
property and even said that she had lived in the area; further, she said
that they could get a better cup of tea in that house than they could on
the road. Her recollections were completely validated, however, when the
little girl recognized the young woman's brother, and addressed him by a
pet name the young woman had had for him, from a group of nine people.
Stevenson's files are filled with these cases, dozens of them. Stevenson
also asserted that if a physical trauma has taken place in the last life,
it can show up in the next as a birthmark. Indeed, one subject said that
this had happened to him. He said he was his own deceased uncle, on his
mother's side; the subject had a scar on his head that matched a knife
wound his uncle had had in the same location, the wound his uncle had died
from. |
