good life in the past, it is believed that you will also have good karma
in your current life. But it is your responsibility to keep your soul as
good as you can possibly be in order for your good karma to follow you in
your current life. But once you change yourself from good to bad, your
karma will also turn into bad karma until you realized it and go back to
being good.
There are many things we can do in order to find out more about our past
lives whether we believe in reincarnation or not. Interestingly enough

Keeping a Diary

today, was once a part of your life many years ago. However, they may not
have been of any relation, or could have been even closer then you are
today. Whatever the case may be it's unbelievable to think you knew your
siblings 300 years ago in another lifetime.
Interestingly, many individuals, do find that the people they love
presently were with them in a previous lifetime, however, their
relationship status may be very different. For instance, your brother may
have been your father of husband in a previous lifetime.
Keep a Journal
These clues which have been mentioned, often manifest themselves in our
day to day lives and providing you're willing to look for them, you're
sure to find some. For example, you could start by making one or two
lists. The first one could consist of the things you like or don't like
and could cover a wide range of factors, from foods to religions, from
cultures to historical events. The second list on the other hand could
cover more personal aspects such as moods, temper, talents and even any
specific fears you may have. Additionally, keep a record of other things
such as any scars you have and even make a note of your birthmark. While
these may seem insignificant, they may well provide clues further down the

down.

people don't understand their dreams, you should write about them and try
to take what you can from them. You will notice that some of the messages
