Your health and your mental health both can be impacted from a past life. * Fears which are irrational and not connected to your present life childhood. Allergies, psychological problems which don't have a cause in the present life time may have a link in the past.

You do not have to have all these indications to completely and confidently acknowledge that you are experiencing past life recollection. Actually, even just one single indicator is enough to say that you really do recall your past life. Search your inner self by looking at unfamiliar things that attract you most or odd patterns in your life that are unexplainable. These will help you put the pieces all together.

Once you know that there was something that was not good in your past life then you need to let that memory go and forgive yourself and all others involved.
