Use Your Past Life To Understand The Present


Reincarnation beliefs, or the belief that you had a past lives is an ancient belief that is found all over the world, and originated in European, Asian and African continents. Modern New Age religions still believe that your past lives influence your behaviors and thoughts today. Some of these cultures believe that 'de ja vu' moments are something from a previous life experience in one of your other lives.

Your health and your mental health both can be impacted from a past life. Who you were in a past life can determine some of the reactions, fears or strengths that you display or chronic medical ailments. These beliefs are based on things that were learned through previous lives, are used in future lives, or that the person keeps being reincarnated until the 'lesson'is learned.

How would you determine your past life? It may be impossible to know your past but sometimes, people have some dreams that kept on bothering them or some unclear recollection of the past memories and interaction with other unfamiliar people. Those who strongly believed the reincarnation consider different happenings in their present life to be an effect of past life. Some indications are:

* Are you strongly attracted to a specific culture or place that does not hold any place of importance in your present life? For instance you may be crazy about Mesopotamian art but not really understand why. Delve further into the aspects that interest you about that art and the time period you are interested in. If you can zero on a narrow range, we may have some clue.

* Odd or strange reaction whenever you see a particular historical structure or whenever you hear a certain part of the history but when it comes to other historical incidents you do not react at all. This could be because you were once a part of that incident in your past life.

* Certain physical health issues may be linked to past life experiences and some believe that, for example if you suffer migraines, you may have suffered death in a previous life through a blow to the head. Others think the same about psychological issues and fears that have no basis, but seem almost instinctual, from the time you are born.

The fact that you have any of these signs may not mean you have been reincarnated, but if you find patterns of things that are attractions for reasons not related to your present life, you could be remembering incidents that occurred in a past life. Similarities in these interests or things from a certain time period could give a glimpse into past life or lives experience that may have happened.

Good memories usually trigger good feelings while bad memories irritate your feelings causing you to feel bad. When you wake up, you will notice that it feels like you just had a bad dream. This means that you had a bad life in the past. Do not think that recalling unpleasant memories are bad for you; this is actually your key to know your past life.

What is important is the fact that you accessed your past life and you were able to know who you are and what you are before. Now that you came to that realization, it is time for you to move on and make yourself better. The bad past life may be too harsh for you but the thought that you will understand and accept yourself better this time because of this regression is enough to consider it and appreciate it.

The Karma theory states that what we sow in this life, we will reap in the next life. Hence, the bad consequences and negativity are a result of bad behavior in the past life and vice versa. So we need to remain good so as to have good lives else we will need to make atonements for all our deeds till we become good.

On the other hand, many people feel that no body is really bad and no one needs to suffer for something that he has done in a past life and doesn't remember. Each new life is a new chance to make new choices. Once you know that there was something that was not good in your past life then you need to let that memory go and forgive yourself and all others involved.
