Past Life Past Life Regression Unmasked
There is a belief that what is irrevocably gone (i.e. yesterday) cannot be bridged with what is unknown (tomorrow). The same belief can be applied to the closed chapter of one’s last life and the unfolding history of the present one. I want to tell you that yes, a bridge can be built between one’s past and present lives. Whatever your religion might be – Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism or Kabalah amongst others – there’s usually no bar to believing in rebirth or reincarnation.
Really, it’s a shame that the majority of those displaying an interest in their previous lives are simply just curious and nothing more. If only they could realize just how powerful Past Life Regression can be in helping them shape this life for the better.
Not only have numerous studies concluded that Past Life Regression can benefit us by allowing us to learn from past experience, but even now, the scientific world continues exploring the possibilities of PLR as a means of bettering ourselves.
Before beginning a past life regression session it is imperative that you are certain and believe certain things.
Now, before you take the plunge, you really do need to be willing to accept some facts.
With a little help, anyone can recall memories from past lives because whether we want to believe it or not, our past lives and our present life are connected via our subconscious minds.
Simply establishing the knowledge of a past life is not our aim. Instead, we need to use the information we can gather in order to make changes to this current life.
You need to believe that a past life experience has a practical and positive use and can change your life today. You can learn from the mistakes you made then and not repeat them in this life.
For some people there is no way that they can believe in reincarnation or past lives. That is not to say that even these people will not benefit from past life regression. Even if you believe that, it is your imagination you can still change your life for the better and avoid the mistakes you “remember” making.
*You may believe that everything you remember is an active imagination, and that is okay. You can still experience a release that frees your mind; this could allow the creative process to flow and lead to health and success.
My point is that whether you believe in it or not, PLR exists nevertheless and does so for the better and not for the worse. There’s no harm giving it a try. Some specific reasons.
*Thinking that it is only your imagination does not stop the cathartic release you will feel that can leave your mind free to create success, health and a better life.
*Furthermore, it is believed that even if you refuse to accept memories resulting from PLR to indeed be from a past life experience, the very process will quite often free you from other mental burdens.
So what can you say are the benefits of undergoing past life regression?
*Our present life is often influenced through emotional upsets of a past life and PLR effectively heals those old injuries.
*PLR can help to prevent you from unintentionally making the same devastating mistakes you made in a past life. These lessons can of course be from minor mistakes to incredibly serious mistakes.
*You learn from past mistakes and don’t repeat them ever again
