Past Life Regression For Beginners

There is a belief that what is irrevocably gone (i.e. yesterday) cannot be bridged with what is unknown (tomorrow). The same belief can be applied to the closed chapter of one’s last life and the unfolding history of the present one. I want to tell you that yes, a bridge can be built between one’s past and present lives. Whatever your religion might be – Christianity, Hinduism, Buddhism or Kabalah amongst others – there’s usually no bar to believing in rebirth or reincarnation.

Past Life Regression (PLR) can be very useful in bringing about positive changes in our present life. However, not many of us care about this as much as we care to know about our past life, out of curiosity.

In a sense, there is no argument that we can indeed learn some valuable lessons from our past life experiences because so many independent studies have backed this up. Even Science continues to explore the field of Past Life Regression.

Before beginning a past life regression session it is imperative that you are certain and believe certain things.

If you are going to indulge in Past Life Regression therapy then you should keep the following things in mind.

What we have done or experienced in our past life forms a part of our present life as well. These remain dormant in our subconscious mind.

There are a few people who cannot for whatever reason believe in past lives or reincarnation. However they can still benefit from past life regression therapy. Positive changes or avoiding huge mistakes in this life are all possible even if you think that it is all in your imagination. Whether you are a believer or not experts still say that you can benefit from past life regression therapy for a couple of reasons.

You need to believe that a past life experience has a practical and positive use and can change your life today. You can learn from the mistakes you made then and not repeat them in this life. For some people there is no way that they can believe in reincarnation or past lives. That is not to say that even these people will not benefit from past life regression. Even if you believe that, it is your imagination you can still change your life for the better and avoid the mistakes you “remember” making.

Unfortunately, a vast number of people simply refuse to acknowledge the possibility of past lives or reincarnation. This is regrettable because drawing from past life experiences can provide you with the knowledge to avoid major pitfalls in this life. This can still be the case even if you remain skeptical and blame your imagination for the memories which come to mind.

There are two basic reasons why most experts in the field will advise you to go through with some Past Life Regression, irrespective of what your beliefs may be.

*The reality of a past life experience becomes apparent when one applies something from a PLR session to this life and then benefits from it.

*Furthermore, it is believed that even if you refuse to accept memories resulting from PLR to indeed be from a past life experience, the very process will quite often free you from other mental burdens.

So what can you say are the benefits of undergoing past life regression?

*It gives you a sense of closure from your past mistakes.

*This helps in making more assertive decisions in your present life.

*If you discover a mistake you made in your past life the chances are that you will not repeat the same in your present life.

*It stands to reason that if we’ve been through past lives then surely we would have acquired some talents of special gifts in those lives. PLR in turn searches the subconscious and brings these to the forefront so we can apply them in this life as well.

*You might find solutions to certain unanswered questions pertaining to your present life.

For the vast majority of people, anything which promises to improve the way we live our lives is worth a try so whether you believe in PLR or not, you really should consider giving it a go. After all, you have nothing to lose.
