Of course, you may not be sure the images are from a previous life but sometimes people are able to piece together sufficient information to carry out research and verify the names, places and occasions which have arisen.



When you reach this state of mind, you will notice various images running in and out of your mind. Now, you aren't going to get a straight forward answer to all of this, but you will be able to find valuable information that has been hidden for years. Then again, you have to tell yourself you can do this with ease. If you don't think you can then you won't.

Visual stimulus such as candle flames can be very beneficial for some individuals during meditation, while others may find sound to be very stimulating. You might consider the use of a therapists, recorded guided meditation session or simple repeated sounds, such as 'om' or even Tibetan bells.

Another option is to take advantage of binaural beats. This allows you to hear different frequencies in each ear and results in relaxing you completely. It's been said that you can experience the same state of mind as a Zen monk by using this technique, but that's a debatable subject.
 

What you should give importance to is the things that happened in your past that you need to know in order to make a change for the improvement of your current life. You have to understand and accept what you experienced in the past so you can start anew with your life.

Good karma has a great part in the life of people. And because you had a good life in the past, it is believed that you will also have good karma in your current life. But it is your responsibility to keep your soul as good as you can possibly be in order for your good karma to follow you in your current life. But once you change yourself from good to bad, your karma will also turn into bad karma until you realized it and go back to being good.

There are many things we can do in order to find out more about our Pastlife whether we believe in reincarnation or not.
