things we deserve because of one of our The Past Life. They believe that
with each new life, we are born anew, with the choice to do as we please.
After realizing that a particular memory is from The Past Life, we are no
longer bad examples and we can continue on, enjoying our present life.
Reincarnation beliefs, or the belief that you had The Past Life is an
ancient belief that is found all over the world, and originated in
European, Asian and African continents. Modern New Age religions still
believe that your The Past Life influence your behaviours and thoughts
today. Some of these cultures believe that 'de ja vu' moments are
something from a previous life experience in one of your other lives.
Because it is widely believed that The Past Life can have an impact on
your health and mental wellbeing during this life, it only stands to
reason that one should make a point of learning about who you were in The
Past Life. Furthermore, when one considers just how much knowledge you

Maintain a Diary or Journal of Experiences
A journal or diary is a very effective tool to have providing you use it
to record all the experiences you have. Furthermore, together with writing

is why your soul is reborn, for the chance to do right, instead of

previous life, you are released from it and ready to move into the
present. They do not believe that you come back to be punished for

You need a place of peace to practice your meditation, somewhere where you
will not be disturbed, whichever method you choose.
First and foremost, you need to be in a comfortable position and secondly,
you need to be relaxed and receptive. Likewise, your mind needs to be free
of thoughts which are undesirable in relation to your meditation. While it
may take some practice, you need to be able to allow these thoughts to

are searching for will most often come to you when you're least expecting

Write Down Your Experiences

writing down all your experiences, both significant and insignificant.
When doing this, one should also acknowledge the importance of making
notes with regards to the state of your emotions at the time of these

Meditation
Another way of exploring your The Past Life is meditation. This is a
private method of finding out about The Past Life and requires the
necessary discipline as far as trusting your own instincts and feelings
when clues are received.
In most cases, the information and images that come through will help you
to solve some of those mysteries you have pondered, whether you believe in
reincarnation or not. Of course it may not always be possible for you to
prove to others just how authentic your experiences are although it is
common to gather enough information at times, in order to research some
facts such as names or places.
Perhaps one of the most amazing facts regarding regression is that many
people discover they have shared The Past Life with some of their loved
ones from this life. Having said this, the relation they share in this
life may not be the same as the one they shared in their The Past Life.
For example, the person you're with now may have been a brother, a sister,
or even a mother or father in your last life.
Good karma has a great part in the life of people. And because you had a
good life in the past, it is believed that you will also have good karma
in your current life. But it is your responsibility to keep your soul as
good as you can possibly be in order for your good karma to follow you in
your current life. But once you change yourself from good to bad, your
karma will also turn into bad karma until you realized it and go back to
being good.
There are many things we can do in order to find out more about our The
Past Life whether we believe in reincarnation or not. Interestingly enough
though, the amount of people who believe in reincarnation far exceeds the
number who don't. In fact, reincarnation forms the backbone of many
religions with Hinduism and Buddhism being just two of them. For many who
don't have any spiritual connection, reincarnation offers a common sense

Rather than force yourself to use any given method, simply ensure that you

going to be hard to verify everything you see, and be able to tell what is
from a previous life and what you added into your mind 10 seconds ago.
You may even come to the conclusion that your brother, mother, or father
today, was once a part of your life many years ago. However, they may not
have been of any relation, or could have been even closer then you are
today. Whatever the case may be it's unbelievable to think you knew your
siblings 300 years ago in another lifetime.
Whether you choose to believe in reincarnation or not, for the most part,
regression proves to be helpful for most people and for those who remain
sceptical, regression will at least prove to be unimaginably interesting.
Keeping Track of Everything
Now, we know there are a lot of people out there who keep some sort of
journal. Whatever it's about today, we recommend starting another one for
your reincarnation adventure. If you truly believe that your The Past Life
are working against your future, write down everything you do throughout
any given day. In the beginning it may not feel like much, but there will
be pieces of the puzzles you can pick up when you least expect it.
Did you know that keeping a journal is one of the best ways to begin
exploring your The Past Life? Even recording trivial experiences along
with the rest of your experiences can be very helpful. Since your
emotional reactions provide you with the strongest clues when considering
The Past Life, you should include your emotional reactions to events in
your journal. This will be a record that you can refer to later, when
assembling all your clues.
The most overlooked area to keep track of is your dreams. While many
people don't understand their dreams, you should write about them and try
to take what you can from them. You will notice that some of the messages
or symbols you find intertwined with a dream could relate to either your
past or present life.
